The Essential Wardrobe Sewing Series is designed for sewists who already understand the basics and want to start building a handmade wardrobe.

The course is divided into two Parts, with each teaching different set of skills and garments. Each part has 4 Module/Style taught over two weeks, giving you enough time to learn the techniques properly and complete your project with confidence.

Each module introduces new sewing skills, has variations in options to choose from, so you can gradually progress from beginner-friendly garments to more structured pieces.

The program runs in a 16-week rotating cycle, meaning you can:

  • Join the course at any point, to fit your schedule or style you want to make.

  • By the end of the series, you will have sewn 10 versatile garments that can be mixed and matched to create 20+ mix and match outfit combinations.

Therefore gradually complete the full wardrobe series.

Our Essential Wardrobe Series runs on a continuous 4-month rotation — join at any point.

Each module is just 2 weeks — build your wardrobe step-by-step.

YOU choose the fabric design that YOU like and we build your wardrobe around that.

Every week prior to start of a new module, we will discuss fabric options and designs, so we can adapt it to your style.

Module 1 — Elasticated Pant (3-14 March) / (30 June -11 July)
Relaxed everyday pant with a comfortable waistband.

Module 2 — Tunic Style Top (17-28 March) / (14- 25 July)
Easy-fitting top perfect for layering.

Module 3 — Pajamas/Loungewear Set (7-18 April)
Raglan or dropped shoulder sweater and cozy elasticated lounge pants.
This module introduces sewing with soft knit fabrics.

Module 4 — A-Line Panel Skirt (21 April- 2 May)
A classic wardrobe staple that teaches shaping and panel construction.

Module 5 — Fly Front Structured Pant (5-16 May)
A tailored pant that introduces fly construction and waistband techniques.

Module 6 — Soft Draped / Easy Jacket (23-30 May)
A stylish layering piece that teaches drape and garment shaping.

Module 7 — Button Through Shirt / Wrap Top (2-13 June)
Classic blouse construction including collars, buttons, or wrap styling.

Module 8 — Knit Top & Leggings (17-27 June)
Versatile everyday basics that strengthen your confidence sewing with knits.

The Results

10 handmade garments
A cohesive capsule wardrobe
